Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting. The nurse will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and will need to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. On-call duties may be required during the week and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
