Job Description

Join our dedicated rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist, where you will be involved predominantly in outpatient care, with some inpatient responsibilities. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality therapy services aimed at enhancing patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• One or more years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Experience in treating general outpatient issues including back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as joint replacements.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
