Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Physical Therapist in Inpatient Rehab, providing outstanding care to our adult and geriatric patients. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with neuro, geriatrics, and orthopedic cases is preferred.
