Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with one weekend per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will have a focus on providing comprehensive inpatient care to diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, and general medical/surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 1 year of current acute care, inpatient rehab, or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Physical Therapist licensure required.
• Ability to work varied day shift hours.
