Schedule

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with one weekend per month; weekdays off to balance.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehab team. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in acute care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and inpatient rehab to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy interventions for orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general med/surg populations.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists and assistants.
• Utilize various equipment such as treatment beds, exercise balls, and resistance bands.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care, IP rehab, or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Ability to work varied day shift hours.
