Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures. This role requires a commitment to working every other weekend and rotating holidays as part of the hospital's staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
