Monday to Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm, with on-call requirements.

Job Description

The Radiology Technologist is responsible for producing optimal diagnostic images while delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires the ability to work with a diverse patient population, including neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Radiology Department.
• Operate imaging equipment and verify physician orders for diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures according to established guidelines.
• Regulate patient flow and consult with Radiologists as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation including medical charting and informed consent.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of Radiology Tech experience required.
• Fluoroscopy experience required.
• Must hold ARRT and NV State License (NV license must be in hand before start date).
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required.
