Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery, capable of managing complex situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and delivery processes and support patients in the laboring process.
• Circulate C-sections and assist in surgical procedures as necessary.
• Administer IV drips, including magnesium, and perform necessary assessments and interventions.
• Document patient care using the Meditech system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWOHHN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate.
• Experience in a fast-paced labor and delivery unit.
• Skills in scrub and circulating roles in the operating room are beneficial.
