Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a rehabilitation setting. You will implement patient care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatment procedures as directed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Support patients with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• LPN certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• No prior experience is necessary, but rehab nursing experience is preferred.
