Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with weekend requirements every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Rehabilitation unit. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to adults recovering from various conditions, including strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries, emphasizing improved functional ability and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.
• Help patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• LPN licensed in the State of Missouri.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
