Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. The position focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a specialized rehabilitation setting, aiding in the recovery of patients dealing with various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding recovery goals and processes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• RN licensed in the State of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation settings.
• CRRN certification is preferred but not mandatory.
