Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care focusing on improving the functional ability and quality of life of adult patients recovering from various conditions. Our facility emphasizes a comprehensive treatment approach, addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans per established protocols.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to deliver optimized patient care.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or similar setting is preferred.
