Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in the Acute Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care through evaluations and treatment plans, catering to a variety of patient types from NICU to trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions and progress patients toward their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment provided in EMR (Meditech).
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and strategies for optimizing recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the physical therapy field within the last year.
• Preferred experience in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Must hold a valid state physical therapist license.
