Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing personal healthcare in a community hospital setting. You will be involved in acute care and rehabilitation services, offering meaningful support to patients in their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized plans of care.
• Assist with patient rounds and participate in care conferences as needed.
• Collaborate frequently with the rehabilitation team to track patient progress and address discharge needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting with at least 3 years in a medical environment preferred.
