Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN is expected to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with various patient care technologies is a plus.
