Job Description

Join a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional, personalized care in a rehabilitation environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients through their recovery journey after serious illness or injury. You will collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive support and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patients’ responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Support patients in their activities of daily living and recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in rehabilitation or med-surg preferred.
