Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Med Tech

Schedule

Monday to Sunday, varying shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The Clinical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for performing testing and analysis in a clinical lab setting. The role involves working primarily with blood bank, hematology, and limited microbiology specialties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specimen testing and analysis in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in blood bank, hematology, and limited microbiology.
• Certification from ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS is required.
• Experience in a clinical lab setting preferred.
• Med Technologist and Med Lab Scientist qualifications required; Med Lab Technician will not be considered.
