Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The candidate will join our team in providing high-quality medical care to adult patients with critical conditions. The RN will be responsible for delivering individualized, seamless patient care in collaboration with our highly trained medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and post-discharge planning
• Maintain accurate electronic health records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Mandatory reporter certification for both Child and Adult is required
• Completion of a recent 10-panel drug screening, including opiates
