Job Description

The Rehabilitation Hospital is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. We provide customized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ speech, language, and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Montana licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience with diverse patient populations (ages 14+) including neuro, orthopedic, and trauma cases.
