Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions in a supportive and caring environment. This role emphasizes improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of life through tailored rehabilitation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective rehabilitation services.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or similar setting.
