Job Description

The Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist plays a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This role requires a commitment of 1 weeknight and 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular invasive procedures as per protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions pre, intra, and post-procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold current New York State registration or possess a limited permit to practice in the State of New York.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Must hold advanced certification as an ARRT-CV or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
