Job Description

The Radiation Therapist will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. The successful candidate will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in accordance with state requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment processes and address their concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Radiation Therapist.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• All Clinical Staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation.
