Job Description

The Rehabilitation Technician (CNA) will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients in a rehabilitative care setting. The role involves working collaboratively within various specialty units focused on recovery from complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic care tasks.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes to supervising staff.
• Working closely with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patient rehabilitation.
• Participating in rehabilitation activities and therapy sessions as directed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in the State of Missouri.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
