Job Description

The CNA - Rehabilitation Technician will provide essential support in our rehabilitation units, assisting patients in daily living activities while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and recovery. The role includes working within a diversified team to create and maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients recovering from various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to support individual rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during their rehabilitation process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CNA certification in the state of Missouri
• BLS (CPR) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
