Job Description

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 23-bed rehab unit. The ideal candidate will have inpatient rehab experience and possess strong skills in patient assessments and interventions. You will work as part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Provide skilled nursing care and assist with rehabilitation therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in EMR Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Texas RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Inpatient rehab experience is essential.
• BCLS certification required.
