Job Description

The organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide respiratory care for patients across various adult and pediatric service lines, utilizing advanced equipment and participating in the delivery of high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing effective interventions.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize advanced respiratory equipment, including adult and pediatric ventilators.
• Participate in patient education and training for respiratory care techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• North Carolina Respiratory License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Newborn Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
