Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in providing care in the operating room setting, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
• Monitor patient status during surgery and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and compliance with hospital requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Iowa.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility with C-section experience.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Must complete mandatory reporter certification and drug screening.
• Proof of recent titers (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB).
