Schedule

Day shifts; will also share in covering inpatient care on holidays and Sundays occasionally.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulate individualized treatment plans and goals, and administer various physical therapy treatments. You will serve both inpatient and outpatient services, collaborating with hospital departments and medical staff to ensure the best patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 45-minute appointments every hour.
• Perform evaluation tests and measurements based on patient diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans, reassessing and revising them every 6 weeks or as needed.
• Administer appropriate physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Document patient progress reports timely to align with physician follow-ups and support insurance compliance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments.
