Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a welcoming and collaborative rehab team in a modern clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working one-on-one with patients, values strong team culture, and appreciates a supportive work environment with dedicated documentation time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy interventions
• Utilize modern equipment in a new clinic space
• Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced clinicians and newer providers
• Allocate time for documentation during daily schedule

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience
• Familiarity with Epic preferred
