Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have led to a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team specializes in the evaluation and treatment of patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations arising from neuro/musculo/skeletal issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with physical impairments.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and functional independence.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their treatment process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
