Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. We offer a variety of specialized services including:

• Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Neurological and stroke rehabilitation
• Balance and dizziness rehabilitation
• Chronic pain treatment with the use of movement

The main goal is to return patients to function and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
