Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care. This role requires practicing within the scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Additionally, the RN is responsible for data entry for billing purposes and logging of case data into the digital archive of the department. This position may also support staffing needs in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Emergency Department (ED).

Schedule

This is a Night Shift position, from 1900 to 0730, with occasional weekends required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• ACLS certification required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing
• Recent Acute Care Experience in Emergency Department, Progressive Care Unit, or Intensive Care Unit required
