Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)

Schedule

This position includes night shifts from 1900 to 0730, rotating weekends, along with one 12-hour call shift required per pay period.

Job Description

The LDRP team provides comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered, safe environment. Our highly trained staff focuses on GYN surgical care, ensuring the highest standards for both mother and baby.

Responsibilities

• Administer care during labor and delivery processes.
• Monitor and support postpartum care for mothers and newborns.
• Utilize basic fetal monitoring skills and respond to any emergencies.
• Provide care in GYN surgical settings as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Basic Fetal Monitoring skills are necessary; STABLE certification is preferred.
• Experience in stabilization of the high-risk neonate is preferred.
• Proven experience in triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care.
