Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week on the Night Shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM), including every other weekend and every other holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will actively participate in the healthcare team to provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians. The RN is responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in core principles and collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and document individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring safety and therapeutic environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Assist in crisis de-escalation and management as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• One year of inpatient psychiatric experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts is required; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred.
