Schedule

The position requires working 5 night shifts per week from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Job Description

We are in search of a dependable, self-motivated, compassionate, and caring Night LTC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a small-town critical access hospital located in Southeast Montana. This facility features a total of 25 beds, including a 2-bed ER, 5 beds for inpatient care, and 20 beds in long-term care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with others and provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for residents.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and overall health status.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and effective environment for both residents and staff.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
