Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), no weekends.

Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have resulted in a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. They provide a variety of specialized services including:

• Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Neurological and stroke rehabilitation
• Balance and dizziness rehabilitation
• Chronic pain treatment with movement

The main goal is to return patients to function and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care is necessary.
