Healthcare Services Administrator (RN)

Job Description

As a Healthcare Services Administrator (RN), you will provide collaborative leadership in planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating healthcare services to maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for responding to community and patient needs on a shift-by-shift basis and will serve as the administrative representative during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational support for healthcare services within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Respond to patient and community needs proactively.
• Act as an administrative representative during designated shifts.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to provide effective leadership and oversight.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license is required upon submission (BSN preferred).
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience in Critical Care/Trauma is preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC/ATCN certifications are required for PCH Nursing Administration.

Schedule

This position offers a varied schedule, requiring availability to work every other weekend.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
