Days, 36 hours/week, 4x9s: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, focusing mainly on outpatient pediatric cases with some inpatient adult responsibilities. This role includes providing evaluations and developing treatment plans for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills for pediatric and adult patients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric outpatient settings.
• Experience working with adults in an inpatient rehab unit is preferred.
• Must hold Speech Language Pathologist credentials (with CCCs) and be licensed in the state of Ohio.
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the work site.
