Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Description

The SHS Valley Traveler Float Pool supports staffing across facilities in various locations. This role requires flexibility to float between hospitals as assignments may shift. Schedules vary and may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements. This position is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required.
• Preferred: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn.
• Epic proficiency required.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
