Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services to adult patients. This role requires assessments, evaluations, and development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a patient ratio of 1:1
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
