X-Ray Tech - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call required for 3 shifts per month.

Job Description

The X-Ray Tech will perform various radiologic procedures, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency in various imaging procedures, including but not limited to abdomen, chest, musculoskeletal, and trauma imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures as per established standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Epic.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards in radiation protection.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT certification and current BLS certification required.
• Oregon state licensure is mandatory.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
