Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 9:30 AM.

Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist will perform a variety of imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards. This role requires a commitment to patient safety and comfort, as well as collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct X-Ray imaging procedures in various positions and approaches including abdomen, extremities, and chest protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Administer and prepare contrast media as necessary.
• Accurately document imaging results and maintain patient records using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an X-Ray Technologist.
• ARRT certification and appropriate state licensure (Oregon).
• BLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy permit preferred.
• Experience with the Epic charting system preferred.
