Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for women during the labor and delivery process. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring clinical expertise in high-risk and high-census scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the labor and delivery setting.
• Monitor fetal heart rate patterns and assist in high-risk deliveries.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as needed.
• Assist in labor coaching and support mothers during the delivery process.
• Manage postpartum care and educate families on newborn care.
• Float between units as needed based on patient care requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year Labor and Delivery nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• LDRP experience is required.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• NRP and STABLE certifications preferred.
