Day shift: 5x8 Hour (08:30 - 16:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in outpatient physical therapy, including treating post-operative patients and managing various neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions for various conditions, including but not limited to post-operative recovery and chronic pain management.
• Utilize specialized techniques such as manual therapy and aquatic therapy as appropriate.
• Assist patients with rehabilitation exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in inpatient or outpatient physical therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and patient care practices.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
