Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (no lunch)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to join our rehabilitation team. This role involves working closely with patients to help them regain functionality and improve their quality of life. The therapist will manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide targeted therapies focusing on rehabilitation for various conditions.
• Utilize advanced skills in dry needling, manual therapy, and wound care as needed.
• Document patient care and progress using Epic EMR systems.
• Work in collaboration with nursing and multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure required.
• Certifications in BLS, Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, and Wound Care preferred.
• Previous experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
