Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Description

The X-ray Technologist will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures using X-ray technology. This role requires providing high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The technologist will work closely with medical staff and contribute to the positive experience of patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized X-ray procedures as requested by physicians.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal image quality.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Maintain and operate X-ray equipment properly.
• Document all procedures and maintain patient records as per institutional guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is required.
