Electrophysiology Radiology Technologist

Day shift: 4x10 hour schedule (07:00 - 17:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Radiology Technologist with experience in the field. The position requires floating between various units, ensuring excellent patient care and high-quality radiological services within a short-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrophysiology procedures and assessments.
• Assist in cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, and insertion/programming of AICDs.
• Recognize and interpret life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures and follow isolation precautions.
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certified Radiology Technologist (ARRT).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of Electrophysiology experience.
• Experience with cardiac procedures including cardioversion, pacemaker insertion, and tilt table studies.
