Surgical Process Technician

Mid 5x8-Hour Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Description

The Surgical Process Technician will support the surgical team by ensuring that instruments and supplies are available and sterile for procedures. The technician will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Handle and manage surgical instruments safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure efficient workflow in the operating room.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 full year of customer service experience required.
• Must have an ACTIVE BLS certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Permanent Ohio license required at time of submission.
• 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is preferred.
• Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required.
