Schedule

• 4x10-Hour Shifts available
• Monday/Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday/Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• OR
• Monday/Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Description

The Adult Speech-Language Pathologist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services specializing in adult neurological speech diagnoses, dysphagia, voice, and cognitive disorders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in treating adults with these conditions and be adept at developing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for adult patients with speech-language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Utilize adaptive devices and assistive technologies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, specifically with adult populations.
• Certification in BLS.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in treating dysphagia and cognitive disorders preferred.
