CT Technologist - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00), working Saturday to Monday.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will participate in various assigned tasks related to imaging technology, performing diagnostic quality procedures in a safe manner in accordance with guidelines set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. The role is outpatient-focused and requires experience in outpatient procedures and IV skills. The position is staffed with three technicians at all times and has a 24/7 transport team available!

Responsibilities

• Performing various imaging procedures using GE and Toshiba/Canon machines.
• Ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient safety.
• Administering IV contrast media as necessary for imaging studies.
• Working closely with interdisciplinary support teams, including IV Teams and Radiology.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate from an imaging technology program approved by licensing bodies.
• Must be licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging in radiography (pending is acceptable).
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required.
• Licensure in CT by the OBMI or registration in CT by the ARRT is required.
• BLS certification from the AHA within 90 days of hire.
• Previous outpatient experience and IV skills are mandatory.
• Epic charting experience is a hard stop requirement.
